Guided Meditation and Relaxation

Relaxation with a guided meditation is a wonderful way to stop the incessant chatter of your mind. It can take you on a journey into your imagination and aid you in ‘switching off’ by distracting your senses. You will learn to release the tension that builds up through the stresses and expectations of everyday life, leaving you refreshed and renewed. It can also help with your Spiritual Development.

One of the problems many people have today is being unable to relax. We move at speed most of our lives, galloping from one thing to the next.

It is essential for our wellbeing that we do relax sometimes, and it’s so much easier with help and guidance.

Join us for a relaxation and guided meditation session. 

Wednesday mornings in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This session offers the opportunity for skill exchange and Spiritual Interest discussions.

Wednesday evenings in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. This session includes Spiritual Awareness and the opportunity to find out about a wide learn about a wide range of spiritual and other matters.

£6.00 per session with tea and coffee provided.

Also available are one to one sessions by appointment.
