Your New Year Food for Thought

There are times in everyone’s life when they face a big challenge. Building up to them by facing the small everyday challenges helps. Stepping out of your comfort zone to do something different,  or the same thing in a different way helps us to learn how to get through the big challenges.

In the next month see what comes up that offers you the opportunity to do this. Be aware of  limits you place upon yourself. What are any negative thoughts you hold about your abilities, consciously or unconsciously, that automatically come into your mind.

Face them and stretch yourself and your boundaries. Take yourself towards the strong you,  you really are.

Then when those big challenges happen you will be ready to take them on.
