Being spiritual, even if you do not believe

While Spirituality is becoming more acceptable, some still find the concept difficult. Indeed l know people who actively poke fun at those who believe. We are all entitled to our own opinions and beliefs, and l chose to believe there is a greater purpose to our being than any of us know.

The Universal Spiritual energies we work with have been given many names throughout the ages. Different cultures use different names for the highest being or deity in their belief system. Whatever the name, or belief, the benign aspects are based on unconditional love. They offer us ideas of conduct and ethics that expect us to live in peace and harmony, and to work for the common good. Being spiritual, even if you do not believe in the concepts, is shown by behaviour towards other human beings, nature, and the animal kingdom. To be kind and compassionate, to accept others as they are, not as we want them to be, is to be Spiritual.
